Create/edit a Not open on time notification
A Not open on time notification can notify users if the system was not disarmed during the arrival hours specified.
Important: Business hours must be defined and enabled in order to receive the Not open on time Event Notification. For more information about business hours, see Enable/configure business hours.
Create/edit a Not open on time notification
A Not open on time notification can be created and edited using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.
To create/edit a Not open on time notification using the Alarm.com app:
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- Tap .
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap .
- To edit the notification, tap to select the not open on time notification.
- If the notification has not been created:
- Tap .
- Tap to expand Use A Template.
- In Business, tap More.
- Tap Not open on time.
- Enter the desired name for the notification.
- In When the selected events occur, select Not Opened on Time.
- In Recipients, tap Add to select notification recipients.
- Tap the entries in Address Book to be notified, or tap Add Contact to add a new Address Book entry.
- Tap Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Tap Save.
To create/edit a Not open on time notification using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Notifications.
- To edit the notification, click for the not open on time notification.
- If the notification has not been created:
- Click New Notification.
- Click to select Business.
- Click Not open on time.
- Enter the desired name for the notification rule.
- In When the selected events occur, select Not Opened on Time.
- In Recipients, click Add to select notification recipients.
- Click the entries in Address Book to be notified, or click New to add a new Address Book entry.
- Click Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Click Save.
