Download Access Control users in bulk
A list of Access Control users can be downloaded as a CSV file using the Alarm.com customer website. This allows customers to easily sync with external systems, as well as edit multiple users at once before re-uploading the file.

Important: Access Plan User Management must be enabled on the account to download users in bulk. If you are missing this option or would like more information, contact your service provider.
To download Access Control users in bulk:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click User Access.
- Click Users.
- Click to expand More.
- Click Bulk User Management.
- Click Download Users.
- Click Download.
