For a new lock (or after a factory reset), press the Schlage button first to enable the backlight. Enter one of the Default User Codes into the lock Note: Default User Codes are on a label at the top of the printed instructions that come with the lock. They cannot be retrieved by Alarm.com or by Schlage. Factory resets should not be attempted if the default codes are lost. |
