Do the app and website update in real time?

No. System and device statuses can be updated by refreshing the app or customer website.

If a system condition is still present after refreshing, it may still be active and may need to be resolved or dismissed. Contact your service provider for assistance. For help reaching your service provider, see Contact your service provider.

To refresh the app:

Swipe your finger down on the screen until you see a refreshing icon. It will spin before refreshing the app.

To refresh the customer website:

Click the icn-refresh.svg icon in the upper right corner of the customer website.
