Contact your service provider
If you are unable to find an answer to your question in the Knowledge Base or additional assistance from your service provider is required, you can contact your service provider.
Contacting your service provider
Your service provider's contact information can be found using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website. Alternatively, your service provider's contact information can often be found on your yard signs, window stickers, or on one of your billing statements if you cannot locate it online.
To contact your service provider using the Alarm.com app:
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- Tap .
- Tap Support.
- Select the desired way to contact your service provider:
Note: Depending on your service provider, all four options may not be available. If you are unable to contact your service provider, tap Help Documentation to access the Knowledge Base and enter a brief description of the device, its behavior, or identifying model number if applicable.- Tap Phone Number to view the contact information to contact your service provider.
- Tap Email to send an email to your service provider.
- Tap Support Website to visit your service provider's website.
- Tap Support Ticket to provide the requested information in a ticket.
- In the Name field, enter your name.
- In the Email field, enter your email address.
- In the Phone field, enter your phone number.
- In the Subject field, enter a subject for the service request.
- Using the Category dropdown menu, select the service request category.
Note: Selecting a category is not required, but it is recommended.
- Tap Help Documentation to access a knowledge base for answers to common questions.
To contact your service provider using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Support.
- Select the desired way to contact your service provider:

Unable to contact your service provider
If you have difficulty reaching your service provider with the support number listed on the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website, send the following information to info@alarm.com:
- Name on the account
- Email(s) on the account
- Phone number(s) on the account
- Zip code for the account
- Details about any difficulties that were encountered
