Contact your service provider

If you are unable to find an answer to your question in the Knowledge Base, you can contact your service provider for further assistance.

Contacting your service provider

You can find your service provider's contact information on the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website in their respective support sections, or on the Login Help page.

Note: Your service provider's contact information is often on your yard signs/window stickers or your billing statements if you cannot locate it online.

To contact your service provider using the Alarm.com app:
  1. Log into the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Support.
  4. Select the desired way to contact your service provider:
    • Tap Phone Number to view the contact information to contact your service provider.
    • Tap Email to send an email to your service provider.
    • Tap Support Website to visit your service provider's website.
    • Tap Support Ticket to provide the requested information in a ticket.
To contact your service provider using the Alarm.com customer website:
  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Select the desired way to contact your service provider:
    • Click Phone Number to view the contact information to contact your service provider.
    • Click Email to send an email to your service provider.
    • Click Support Website to visit your service provider's website.
    • Click Support Ticket to provide the requested information in a ticket.
      1. In the Name field, enter your name.
      2. In the Email field, enter your email address.
      3. In the Phone field, enter your phone number.
      4. In the Subject field, enter a subject for the service request.
      5. Using the Category dropdown menu, select the service request category.
         
        Note: Selecting a category is not required, but it is recommended.
         
      6. In the Description field, provide details about the service request.
      7. Click Submit.

To look up your service provider by name using the website login help:

  1. Refer to the Alarm.com website.
  2. If you are currently logged into your account, log out.
  3. Click Login, but do not log in.
  4. Click Login Help.

  5. Click to expand I need more help.
  6. In the Enter your provider's name field, enter your service provider's name.

  7. Click to select your service provider from the results to see their contact information.
