Log all devices out of the website and app
Users who have lost their phones or need to disable a login can choose to log out devices so others can no longer access the Alarm.com app. This includes those who use the Keep me logged in feature without re-entering the password. Specific devices or all devices can be selected to log out. This feature is available using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.
Note: Once these commands are sent, previous logins are invalidated even if someone was logged in previously and did not close the Alarm.com app.
Disable automatic logins for a device
To disable automatic login for a device using the Alarm.com app:
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- Tap .
- Tap Login Information.
- Tap Lost Device.
- Using the Disable Automatic Login to this Account for dropdown menu, select the login to be disabled.
- Tap Save.
To disable automatic login for a device using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Login Information.
- Click Lost Device.
- Using the Disable Automatic Login to this Account for dropdown menu, select the login to be disabled.
- Click Save.
Log out all devices
To log out all devices using the Alarm.com app:
Important: It is required to change your password for this method.
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- Tap .
- Tap Login Information.
- Tap Password.
- Enter information in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields.
- Tap to select Log out all devices.
- Tap Save.
To log out all devices using the Alarm.com customer website:
Important: It is required to change your password for this method.
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Login Information.
- Click Password.
- Enter information in the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields.
- Click to select Log out all devices.
- Click Save.
