Factory Reset	Location: The pinhole directly below the antenna on the right-hand side of the front of the device. Procedure: Press and hold the Reset button for 15 to 20 seconds (use a paper clip or tool if necessary). All LEDs will blink simultaneously to indicate that the device will reset. Caution: This will restore factory-default settings to the device.

Enable doorbell camera notifications to Alarm.com ChimesAlarm.com Chimes use the local network to ring when a doorbell camera button is pressed. If there are multiple Chimes on the account, by default, they all ring when the doorbell camera button is pressed. Alarm.com Chimes do not affect any wired chimes also in the setup (compatible mechanical or digital chime).

ADC-W115C does not stay plugged into its outletIf the ADC-W115C does not stay plugged into its outlet, flip the ADC-W115C over and plug it in upside down for a more stable connection.

How many Alarm.com Chimes can a doorbell camera ring at once?There is no limit to how many Alarm.com Chimes a doorbell camera can ring. If the Send button press notifications to Alarm.com Chime feature is enabled on a doorbell camera, all Alarm.com Chimes associated with the rule will chime when that doorbell camera's button is pressed.
How many Alarm.com Chimes can be on a single account?There is no limit to the number of Alarm.com Chimes that can be installed onto a single account, and they do not count towards the account's video device limit.
