Lock/unlock a door lock
Door locks can be locked and unlocked using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.
Lock or unlock a door lock
To lock or unlock a door lock using the Alarm.com app:
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- In the Locks card, tap the desired lock or tap
for a list of locks. - Tap
Lock or 
Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.
To lock or unlock a door lock using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- In the Locks card, click the desired lock or click for a list of locks.
- Click Lock or Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.
