Lock/unlock a door lock

Door locks can be locked and unlocked using the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.

Lock or unlock a door lock

  1. Log in to the Alarm.com app.
  2. In the Locks card, tap the desired lock or tap Detailsfor a list of locks.
  3. Tap LockedLock or icn-lock-unlocked.svgUnlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.
