Can customers restrict a secondary login to access specific devices?

Yes. Users can create secondary logins with Limited Device Access permission to restrict access to certain devices. The customer can limit login access for Remote Arming, Lock Control, Video Cameras, Garage Doors, and Access Control.

Note: Selecting which devices the secondary user sees is only available for single system logins. Group logins cannot be granted access to devices on a per-device basis.

Page access for restricted logins

The secondary login can only access pages related to the devices they have access to.

Example: A secondary login can only see the Onboard Recording page if they have access to a video device that uses Onboard Recording.
