Location: The Reset button can be found on the back of the camera.  

Procedure:

1. Using a pen or small screwdriver, hold the Reset button while reconnecting power. 
2. You should hear a slight click when the Reset button is pressed. 
3. Continue to hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
