The live video is black on the ADC-V620PT

If the ADC-V620PT Live View displays a black screen and a time stamp is still visible on the live video, the camera's black lens cap may still be on the camera. 

ADC-V620PT's are shipped with a small lens cap. Verify the lens cap is removed if the live video is a black screen.
