Live View is showing as solid blue for an ADC-V620PT
If the live video stream is displaying a solid blue screen but the timestamp is visible in the upper left corner, the camera is in privacy mode. The LED on the camera should also be solid blue.
To take the ADC-V620PT out of privacy mode:
- Press and release the WPS button. The status LED should return to solid green.
- If the LED begins to flash blue, the button may have been held down for too long. Wait about two minutes for this to time out, then press and release the WPS button again to toggle Privacy Mode.
Note: When the device is in privacy mode, live video and saved clips show only a blue screen.
