Which HVAC systems and brands are compatible with Alarm.com?
Alarm.com Smart Thermostat compatibility
Alarm.com Smart Thermostats are compatible with HVAC systems with standard 24V, non-proprietary HVAC systems. Systems with standard wiring are nominally rated for 24VAC and typically include wires such as R, W, Y, G, O/B, and C.
Systems using numbered (1, 2, 3, 4...), lettered (A, B, C, D...), or data wire labels are usually proprietary and not compatible with Alarm.com Smart Thermostats.
