Inclusion: Enter the advanced settings menu by holding the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the screen changes to a number between 1-6. Find option 1 and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously. Find the "On" option and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously. "On" will blink on the screen and a radio symbol will animate during the inclusion process. When the inclusion process is complete, "On" will be displayed solid. If unsuccessful, "Err" will be displayed for 3 seconds and the screen will revert to "Off". The radio symbol will be displayed on the main screen when the thermostat is part of a Z-Wave network. Exclusion: Enter the advanced settings menu by holding the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the screen changes to a number between 1-6. Find option 1 and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously. Find the "Off" option and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously. "Off" will blink on the screen and a radio symbol will animate during the exclusion process. When the exclusion process is complete, "Off" will be displayed solid. If unsuccessful, "Err" will be displayed for 3 seconds and the screen will revert to "On". |

Note: When the factory default is performed on this thermostat, all parameters are reset to their default values and the Z-Wave network information in the thermostat will be cleared (this process will not remove the thermostat from the Z-Wave network stored on the panel/module/controller) Process: Enter the advanced settings menu by holding the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the screen changes to a number between 1-6. Find option 6 and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously. Find the "def" option and select it by pressing and releasing the UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously.
