The 2GIG Z-Wave Plus Battery Powered Thermostat (2GIG-STZ-1) requires four AA batteries.
To replace the batteries in a 2GIG Z-Wave Plus Battery Powered Thermostat (2GIG-STZ-1):
- Open the thermostat battery front panel by using fingernails at the indents on the top of the case.
- Install the four type AA batteries.
- Reassemble the thermostat.
