Arm/Disarm using nami keypads
The keypad can be used to locally arm and disarm the nami alarm system. The following are icons on the keypad and what they do when pressed:
To arm the system:
- Enter a valid PIN code and press the Arm (Away) or Arm (Stay) buttons.
- If an Exit Delay is set up, the Alarm Pod will beep to indicate that the system is about to arm.
- The LED on the keypad will turn green once the system is fully armed.
To disarm the system:
- Upon entering the location, if an Entry Delay is set up, the Alarm Pod will beep to remind you to disarm the system before an intrusion is detected.
- Enter a valid PIN code and press the Disarm button.
- Once the system is disarmed, the LED on the keypad will turn green.
To send an SOS alert:
- Press and hold the SOS button for 2 seconds to trigger an SOS alert.
- The LED on the keypad will turn red.
- The alarm pod will sound its siren.
- A notification will be sent to all users associated with the zone.
- A notification will be sent to the monitoring station.
