A nami device’s LED is not pulsing during setup
During setup, when the devices are in pairing mode, nami Alarm Pods and SensePlugs should pulse dark blue, whereas Contact Sensors should pulse white. If the device's LED is not pulsing during setup, try the following troubleshooting steps.
How to resolve:
- Confirm that the devices are connected to the power supply as expected.
- Confirm that the devices are in pairing mode.
- For Contact Sensors, press the button at the top of the device (press and release within one second) to enable pairing mode, and verify that plastic tabs within the device have been removed.
- For Keypads, press the [0] key once to enable pairing mode, and verify that the plastic tabs within the device have been removed.
- If the device is still not pulsing, try resetting it to factory settings.
