Why is Force Bypass automatically selected in the app when attempting to arm the system?
Force Bypass is automatically selected if any of the following trouble conditions are present on the customer account:
- Panel Power Failure
- Panel Tamper
- Panel Low Battery
- Device Low Battery
- Sensor Tamper
- Dual-Path Communication Failure - Cellular
To prevent the system from pre-selecting Force Bypass, resolve the trouble condition. For more information, click the preceding link to the trouble condition.
