This lock is put into enroll mode by pressing M on the back of the lock, then scrolling down to “7. Zwave”. Press M to select. Scroll to “1. Zwave Inclusion”. Press M to select. Wait until the lock displays “Success!”. The RTS-PZA has now been included in the network and can be managed by the Alarm.com controller. The lock is put into delete mode by pressing M then scrolling down to “7. Zwave”. Press M to select. Scroll to “2. Zwave Exclusion”. Press M to select. Wait until the lock displays “Success!”. The RTS-PZA has now been excluded from the network. |

Note: This will reset the lock's Master Code, and a new Master Code will need to be programmed following the reset process. Steps: The reset button is located above the battery carriage on the top left side. A paperclip or pin will be needed to depress the button inside of the pinhole. Pressing the reset button and holding it for about five seconds will erase all existing codes and restore the lock’s settings to factory default except for Z-Wave connection. |
