| Factory Reset Method | Remove battery pack. Press and hold the program button on the back of the lock while reinserting the battery pack. Continue to hold the program button until you hear 1 long beep (this will take apx. 30 seconds). Release the program button. You will hear 1 long beep accompanied by a flashing red LED. Shortly after you will hear 3 short beeps followed by 2 long beeps and a quick flash of green LED. The lock has now been factory reset. |
| Handing Process | Press and hold the Lock button while installing battery pack. Hold button until the latch bolt starts moving on its own. If the latch bolt did not extend and retract on its own during this process, remove the battery pack for 15 seconds and attempt again. |
