Enroll, delete, or reset a Jasco Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch 14311 (ZW4201)

The Jasco Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch 14311 (ZW4201) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Jasco Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch into a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Apply power to the device.
  3. Press and release the manual/program button.
  4. Verify that the device shows up on Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off.

To delete a Jasco Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch from a Z-Wave network:

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Press and release the manual/program button.

To reset a Jasco Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch:

  1. Unplug the device.
  2. Press and hold the manual/program button for at least 3 seconds.
  3. Apply power to the device. Continue to hold the button for at least 3 seconds.
