Configure the Image Sensor Auto Zoom feature
Auto Zoom is an optional feature that makes the Image Sensor capture a zoomed-in view for the second frame of the motion event, allowing a close-up view of the subject. If there is no sufficient motion to allow zooming, both frames are captured normally.
Although this feature directs the Image Sensor to capture two images, it only counts as one image against the user’s quota. The Auto Zoom feature can be enabled or disabled using the Alarm.com customer website.
Important: Only the Image Sensor version 1 (i.e., 100-LP) and version 2 (i.e., 200-LP, 221-LP, etc.) are compatible with Auto-Zoom. The Image Sensor version 3 (i.e., 300-LP) is not compatible with Auto-Zoom.
