Can the flash intensity be adjusted for night captures?
If night captures are being washed out due to the intensity of the flash, customers can adjust the flash intensity on the ADC-IS-300-LP model using the Alarm.com customer website.
To adjust the flash intensity:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click
on the Image Sensor card. - Click Settings.
- In Night Capture Flash Intensity, use the dropdown menu to select either:
- Large Room - This is the default setting and is recommended for rooms larger than 8 feet across.
- Small Room - This setting is for rooms smaller than 8 feet across.
- Click Save.
