Car Connector (ADC-3035L) never appeared in the Cars card in the Customer app

The Car Connector (ADC-3035L) may not communicate if the cellular coverage is poor or if it has not been properly calibrated. 

If the orange LED is not solid:

  1. Park and turn off the car. 
  2. Unplug the Car Connector and plug it back in or move the vehicle to an area with better cellular coverage.
  3. Try the installation again following the Installation precautions and subsequent directions.

If the orange LED is solid and the red LED is off:

  1. Park and turn off the car. 
  2. Unplug the Car Connector and plug it back in.
  3. Try the installation again following the Installation precautions and subsequent directions.
     
    Note: If the vehicle is a pre-2008 model year, verify the Car Connector has been plugged into the OBD-II port with the ignition on for 30 minutes before attempting a fix.
