Download Access Control users in bulk
A list of Access Control users can be downloaded as a CSV file using the Alarm.com customer website. This allows customers to easily sync with external systems, as well as edit multiple users at once before re-uploading the file.

Important: A Commercial account with Access Plan User Management selected on the service package is required to download users in bulk. For information about updating a service package, see Update the service package on a customer account.
To download Access Control users in bulk:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click User Access.
- Click Users.
- Click to expand More.
- Click Bulk User Management.
- Click Download Users.
