If a water device is in malfunction or offline:

  1. Verify the device is plugged in and powered on.
  2. If the local Wi-Fi network has changed credentials or routers, reconnect the water device to the Wi-Fi network. Refer to the device's third-party app for the Wi-Fi setup process.
  3. Power cycle the device by unplugging it for at least 10 seconds, then plugging it back in.
  4. If possible, power cycle the router by unplugging it for at least 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
