Cross-Dealer Groups
Cross-Dealer Enterprise Groups allow businesses to manage locations owned by multiple Alarm.com dealers within a single Enterprise Group.
Features
- Consistent user interface for customers after joining a Cross-Dealer Group. The only visible difference is the Dealer branding.
- All standard Enterprise Group features remain available except 24/7 Managed Access.
To create a Multi-Dealer Enterprise Group:
Important: All dealers of the group must support Cross-Dealer Enterprise Groups for this feature to work properly. A dealer that does not support Cross-Dealer Groups cannot have the locations added to a Cross-Dealer Group.
- In most cases, creating a Multi-Dealer Group should be initiated using a customer login. This can be done the same as creating any other group. There are various ways including adding a location to an Enterprise system, creating a new Enterprise group, adding multiple groups into one higher-level view, or moving a location between groups.

How will I know which dealer to ask for support?
Dealer information can be found for a location specific location using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.
To find dealer information using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Using the location dropdown, select the desired location.
- Tap Support.
- In Support, view the dealer's contact information or submit a support ticket.

- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Using the location dropdown, select the desired location.
- Click Support.
