My Circle troubleshooting tools
My Circle is a Personal Safety & Awareness solution that allows loved ones to stay connected and aware, without any additional hardware beyond your mobile device.
There are tools available on the Partner Portal to ensure these systems are working as intended for customers, and troubleshoot where connections may be missed. For more information about the setup and requirements for customers, see My Circle Overview.
View devices that have set up My Circle
From the Partner Portal, you can view devices that have accepted an invitation to My Circle, and receive at-a-glance information regarding the status and permissions provided during setup.
To view devices that have set up My Circle:
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click Equipment.
- Click My Circle Devices.
- In Devices, click the desired user or click Expand to expand all devices.
- For each user, view the status:
- If
is next to the user, it indicates the setup has been completed and device information has been reported today.
- If
is next to the user, it indicates that setup has been completed, but no device information has been reported today

- Additionally, the login name, device type, battery level, and sharing level can be viewed under each user.
View My Circle history
Activity from My Circle is logged separately from the Event History on Partner Portal and can be viewed for 60 days.
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click History.
- Click My Circle History.
- View recent My Circle Events, or use tools to refine your results:
- Use containing text to search within the events.
- Set the date range to expand or contract the time period searched.
- Use filters to narrow your results:
- The Event Type filter allows you to search for specific update types corresponding to the Type column.
- Nickname can be used to search for updates from a specific My Circle user.
