Emergency Call Button is not triggering an alarm

If the Emergency Call Button is not triggering an alarm:

1. Verify that the device is enrolled as a group 4 sensor. 
   • For enrollment information, see the guides in Emergency Call Button.
2. If enrolled correctly, verify that the button is being fully pressed for 1 second.
