Audible response is not sounding when Emergency Call Button is pressed

If the switch on the button of the Emergency Call Button is turned on, it will say, "Your button has been pressed. We will now try to contact help". 

If the audible response is not sounding when the Emergency Call Button is pressed, verify that the switch on the bottom is set to ON.
