Change the language of notifications
If a customer wants to receive notifications in a language other than English, this is changed on the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website. To do so for all notifications, the language needs to be changed on both the Alarm.com app and Alarm.com customer website.
To change the language of notifications for a user:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Users.
- Click the desired user name to edit.
- Click Language Preference.
- Click to select the desired language for notifications.
- Click Save.
To change the language of push notifications:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Notifications.
- Click Push Devices.
- Click Language Preferences.
- Click to select the desired language for notifications.
- Click Save.
Note: This is a global change, meaning that this will change the language for all push devices on the account.
