Enterprise Video
Alarm.com for Business offers an enterprise video dashboard, allowing customers to easily keep tabs on video devices across all of their locations.
In addition to providing a status summary of all their devices, users can quickly run Video Health Reports, view device warnings, and use filters to quickly identify and resolve potential problems.
Requirements
- Any Commercial service package with video
- At least one video device
Features
Displays information about video device performance
- Camera and SVR connectivity status
- How many days of video have been recorded
- Monthly video clip uploads
Displays a variety of warnings
- Panel trouble conditions below a location's name
- Camera offline
- SVR offline
- Monthly uploads on track to exceed limit

To view the Enterprise Video Dashboard:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Locations.
- Click Video.
Note: For video-only accounts, the Video page will be the only dashboard available under Locations.
View an on-demand Video Health Report on the Enterprise Video Dashboard
To view an on-demand Video Health Report for a specific location:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Locations.
- Click Video.
- On the desired location row, click

To view an on-demand Video Health Report for all locations:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Locations.
- Click Video.
- Click
Run Enterprise Video Health Report.
To view a summary of offline devices for a specific location:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Locations.
- Click Video.
- In the Cameras or SVRs columns, click to expand devices online/total devices.

- The tooltip includes the following information about any offline video devices:
- Name
- Model
- MAC address
- Last successful supervision time
To filter locations on the Enterprise Video Dashboard:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Locations.
- Click Video.
- Click to select the desired filter options which include:

- Devices Offline
- Clip Limit Issues
- Has Video Device
- Active Issues
