Cellular Sensor Mounting Tamper

The Cellular Sensor Mounting Tamper trouble condition indicates that the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor is not securely against a surface. Tamper reports are issued by the system for a device whose tamper switch is released. This can happen on installation or if there is tampering with the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor device. 

How to resolve:

Verify the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor is secure to a surface.

Note: If mounting tampers cannot be resolved, this will result in a shortened battery lifespan of the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor.
