Cellular Sensor Not Responding

Cellular Sensor Not Responding indicates that the Alarm.com Flex IO® sensor has not communicated with Alarm.com servers in the last 24 hours.

How to resolve: 

  1. Verify the cellular sensor has batteries or is attached to AC power. 
  2. Verify the batteries are charged. If uncertain, replace batteries.
  3. Verify there is nothing that could be interfering with cellular signal strength.
