The Cellular Sensor Not Responding trouble condition indicates the cellular sensor has not communicated with our servers in the last 24 hours.
How to resolve:
- Verify the cellular sensor has batteries or is attached to AC power.
- Verify the batteries are charged. If uncertain, replace batteries.
- Verify there is nothing that could be interfering with cellular signal strength.
