Clear a panel tamper on an Interlogix Concord

The Interlogix Concord does not have a native tamper switch so there is no indication of a panel tamper locally. 

How to resolve: 

If a Panel Tamper trouble condition appears on Alarm.com: 

  1. Verify if there are any local troubles to indicate specific device trouble. Refer to the panel or manufacturer installation guide for clearing the local trouble condition. 
  2. If there is no local trouble condition: 
    1. Tamper a peripheral device (e.g., keypad, receiver, siren, etc.).
    2. Restore the peripheral device to clear the tamper. 
    3. Once the device's tamper is restored, request an equipment list to verify that the trouble condition is resolved. For more information about updating the equipment list, see Request an updated sensor list
