Before installing a SEM for the first time, it is recommended to take the courses on the SEM for DSC PowerSeries™ or Honeywell VISTA® panels. The course is quick, free, and can be taken at any time through the Alarm.com Academy Online.
To access the SEM courses, visit the Academy Training page on the Partner Portal and follow these steps:
- Click Enter Academy Online.
- Select the Technical/Support filter.
- Select the System Enhancement Module (PowerSeries) or (VISTA) course to enroll and launch the course.
