Yale Pro® 2 Mortise Lock (YMM614, YMM634, YMM624, YMM644)

Designed for the demands of apartment and multi-family living, the Yale Pro® 2 Mortise Lock delivers smart, keyless access to high-traffic entryways and shared common spaces. Connecting seamlessly via Z-Wave® Long Range with easy setup through SmartStart, property managers can easily manage and control the lock directly from the Alarm.com platform for a fully integrated smart access experience.

Note: The Yale Pro 2 Mortise Lock is not compatible with Qolsys panels at this time.  

Enroll a Yale Pro 2 Mortise Lock

For more information about adding Z-Wave devices, see Add Z-Wave devices. 

To trigger the Yale Pro 2 Mortise Lock for enrollment using Add Mode (S0):
  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
  2. Enter the programming code, followed by the gear [⚙] key.
  3. Press [7], followed by the gear [⚙] key.
  4. Press [1], followed by the gear [⚙] key.
  5. Scan the QR code, if prompted, or enter the first five digits of the DSK if prompted.
  6. Wait 2 minutes before locally operating the device.
  7. Verify that the lock appears on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to lock/unlock commands.

To delete a Yale Pro 2 Mortise Lock

  1. Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
  2. Enter the programming code, followed by the gear [⚙] key.
  3. Press [7], followed by the gear [⚙] key.
  4. Press [3], followed by the gear [⚙] key.

To reset a Yale Pro 2 Mortise Lock

Caution: Performing a factory reset on the lock with the Z-Wave® module installed will clear the Z-Wave® network settings, causing the device to be removed from the network.

  1. Remove battery cover and one battery.
  2. Press and hold the reset pin. 
  3. While holding the reset pin, re-insert the removed battery. 
  4. Keep holding the reset pin for 5 more seconds until the keypad digits illuminate. 
  5. Replace the battery and cover.

Troubleshooting
