Enroll, delete, or reset a Leviton In-Wall Switch (DZ15S)
The Leviton In-Wall Switch (DZ15S) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Leviton In-Wall Switch into a Z-Wave network:
- Press the top of the switch paddle for 7 seconds. The LED will blink amber. Release the switch paddle.
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
- Press and release the top of the switch paddle again. The LED will flash green.
- When successfully enrolled, the LED will turn off, then blink green three times. If unsuccessful, the LED will flash red three times.
- Verify that the device shows up on the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app and responds to commands to turn the device on/off.
To delete a Leviton In-Wall Switch from a Z-Wave network:
- Press the top of the switch paddle for 7 seconds. The LED will blink amber. Release the switch paddle.
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
- Press the top of the switch paddle one time. The LED will flash green.
- Verify that the device was deleted from the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.
To reset a Leviton In-Wall Switch:
- Press and hold the top of the switch paddle for 14 seconds.
- After the first 7 seconds, the LED will turn amber.
- The LED will flash red and amber after 14 seconds.
- Release the top of the switch paddle to reset the switch.
