Enroll, delete, or reset a Jasco or GE/Enbrighten Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch (14325 or 14298)
The Jasco or GE/Enbrighten Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch (14325 or 14298) can be enrolled into or deleted from a Z-Wave network following the instructions below.

To enroll a Jasco or GE/Enbrighten Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch into a Z-Wave network:
As a SmartStart device:
It is recommended to enroll this device as a SmartStart device to eliminate the need to put Z-Wave controllers into Add Mode or to trigger devices (as is the case when enrolling non-SmartStart S2 devices).

As an S2 device:
If your Z-Wave controller is not SmartStart-compatible, it is recommended to enroll this device as an S2 device for enhanced security and encryption features.

As an S0 device:
If your Z-Wave controller is not SmartStart or S2-compatible, this device can be enrolled in the traditional way as an S0 device.
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Add Mode.
- Press and release the manual/program button on the device.
To delete a Jasco or GE/Enbrighten Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch from a Z-Wave network:
- Place the Z-Wave controller into Delete Mode.
- Press and release the manual/program button on the device.
To reset a Jasco or GE/Enbrighten Plug-in Outdoor Smart Switch:
- Unplug the device.
- Press and hold the manual/program button for at least 3 seconds.
- Apply power to the device. Continue to hold the button for at least 3 seconds.
