| Integration Functionality |
The integration exchanges information between PointCentral and Lodgix to streamline Guest code creation. Once a reservation is made in your Property Management System (PMS), this will prompt PointCentral to create a user code for the guest. The User Code is then returned to the Property Management System. |

Create Administrator Login in PointCentral
Note: An email will be sent to your email with a link to set up a new password. Click on the link and set up the account. Click on the link and set up the password for the login. The login name and password will be entered into Lodgix for the integration. Contact Lodgix for steps on how to enable the integration and map the locationsContact the Lodgix support team at support@lodgix.com for next steps on enabling the integration within Lodgix and syncing the properties between software. Lodgix has a built-in Fetch Properties function that can be used to help sync properties based on similar names. Manual edits/additional entries can then be added if the properties are not all synced. |
