Adjust the motion detection mode of a Slim Line Doorbell Camera
Important: Mode selection is only available for Slim Line Doorbell Cameras on firmware version 3058+.
You can switch between Motion Detection 2.0 and Motion Detection 1.0 using the Alarm.com customer website. For more information about the different types of motion detection modes, see What is Motion Detection 2.0 on the Slim Line Doorbell Camera?.
To adjust the motion detection mode:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired device.
- Click Video Device Info.
- Using the Motion Detection dropdown menu, select the desired motion mode.
- Click Save.
