Caution: This test can take several hours to complete and may interrupt the SVR's recording. Only run this if there are issues occurring with the SVR.
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired SVR.
- Click Drive Care.
- Click Run a Hard Drive Check. A progress bar will appear, and the Run a Hard Drive Check button will be replaced with a Cancel Hard Drive Check button.
- Once the check is finished, follow the on-screen instructions to address any issues found.
