Change language preference

User language preferences change the language of the Alarm.com customer website and the user's notifications.

To change the language preference for system users:

  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the desired user name to edit.
  4. Click Language Preference.
  5. Click to select the desired language for notifications.
  6. Click Save.

To change the language preference for a login:

  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website with the login to be edited.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Login Information.
  4. Click Language Preference.
  5. Use the dropdown menu to select the new language preference.
  6. Click Save.
