Cellular Sensor Not Responding indicates that the Flex has not communicated with Alarm.com servers in the last 24 hours.

How to resolve:

Verify the Flex has batteries or is attached into AC Power in an area with adequate cellular coverage.

If you need additional support, contact your service provider.
