How do I change my time zone?

The time zone for an account can be changed using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.

Note: The system's time automatically adjusts for daylight savings based on the time zone that is selected.

To change the time zone using the Alarm.com app:

  1. Log into the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Account Management.
  4. Tap System Information
  5. Using the Time Zone dropdown menu, select the desired time zone.
  6. Tap Update.
     
    Note: If you are unable to access the Account Management page, or if the panel is showing the incorrect time, contact your service provider for assistance.

To change the time zone using the Alarm.com customer website:

  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Account Management.
  4. Click System Information.
     
    Note: If using a mobile device web browser, tap Menu, then tap System Information on the Account Management page.
     
  5. Using the Time Zone dropdown menu, select the desired time zone.
  6. Click Update.

Note: If you are unable to access the Account Management page, or if the panel is showing the incorrect time, contact your service provider for assistance.
