Delete a Geo-Device
A Geo-Device is a geographically aware iPhone or Android device that can be configured to automate home settings and initiate additional notifications based on the location of the Geo-Device relative to your home, office, or other location.
To turn off a Geo-Device using the Alarm.com app:
Note: Completely removing a Geo-Devices from an account can only be done using the Alarm.com customer website.
- Log into the Alarm.com app.
- Tap
. - Tap Places.
- Tap the Places toggle switch to the left position. This indicates that all Places are successfully disabled for this device.
To delete a Geo-Device using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Settings.
- Click Places.
- Click the Geo-Device to be deleted.
