Will the Pro HVAC Monitoring program send me notifications?

Yes. After opting into the Pro HVAC Monitoring program, HVAC system notifications are automatically applied to the primary email address for your account. Notifications will also be sent to the partnered HVAC professional in your service area. 

Your Pro HVAC Monitoring service provider will assist you in resolving this problem. Please contact them if you need urgent assistance and they have not already contacted you. Once the problem is resolved and system performance returns to normal, the alert will automatically resolve.

Verify the HVAC notification settings

  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Click Edit next to the System Event notification.
  4. In Urgent, verify that My heating and cooling system reports an issue is selected.
  5. To choose notification recipients, click Add
  6. In the Address book, click to select the recipients to be notified, or click New to add a new Address Book recipients.
  7. Click Close.
  8. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  9. Click Save.
  1. Log into the Alarm.com app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Tap System Actions to Watch.
  6. In Urgent, verify that My heating and cooling system reports an issue is selected.
  7. To choose notification recipients, tap Add.
  8. In the Address book, tap to select the recipients to be notified, or tap Add Contact to add a new Address Book recipients.
  9. Tap Close.
  10. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  11. Tap Save.
