Safety Button - International

Feature Availability Notice

This version of Safety Button is only available for International customers

For information regarding the U.S. and Canada version of the Safety Button, see Safety Button

Safety Button allows the user to connect to emergency services with the press of a button in the Alarm.com app. If the user feels unsafe, but is not ready to call emergency services, they can simply hold down the Safety Button. Once they release the button, they can either cancel the event within 10 seconds or communicate with a trained operator, who can dispatch responders directly to the user's real-time location. In the event the customer is unable to communicate, emergency services will be automatically notified.

You can also create Safety Button Notes to provide more contextual details to the professional operators and Emergency Contacts that can be shared with emergency services.
