Push Notifications for Enterprise Groups

Set up a Push Device for Enterprise Groups
A Push Device for Enterprise Groups can be set up using the Alarm.com app.
To set up a Push Device for Enterprise Groups:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Select the specific group-level.
- Tap

- Tap Notifications.
- Tap to enable the Push Notifications toggle switch.
Note: The push device will be added as a generic user (e.g., Push Device 1) that can be added to the notification. It is recommended to rename the generic user after being added to the Enterprise group for easier management.
Rename or delete a Push Device for Enterprise Groups
A Push Device for Enterprise Groups can be renamed or deleted using the Alarm.com app or Alarm.com customer website.
To rename or delete a Push Device using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Select the specific group-level.
- Tap

- Tap Users or Users Access.
- Tap
next to the desired Push Device, then tap
.
- To rename the Push Device:
- Tap
next the to the device name.
- Enter the desired first and last names for the device, then tap Save.
- Tap
- To delete the Push Device, tap Delete User.
