Delete a Scene
Scenes allow users to configure a button in the iOS and Android mobile app that takes multiple actions across multiple devices at once. Custom scenes can be deleted using the Alarm.com customer website or Alarm.com app.
Note: Default scenes (i.e., Home, Away, Sleep, Wake Up) can only be edited and not deleted. To edit the default scenes, see Create/edit a Scene.
Delete a scene
To delete a scene using the Alarm.com customer website:
- Log in to the Alarm.com customer website.
- Click Automation.
- Click Scenes.
- Click
for the scene to be deleted. - Click Delete Scene to confirm.
To delete a scene using the Alarm.com app:
- Log in to the Alarm.com app.
- Tap Scenes.
- Tap to select the custom scene to delete.
- Tap Edit.
- Flick to the bottom of the Edit Scene page, and tap Delete Scene.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
